$2,200 to Multiple Sclerosis

Fair Donates to MS

Pictured Left to right: Dave Stuvland (Umatilla County Fairgrounds Manager), Merrilee (from Heppner), Darrin Umbarger (local MS Society Supporters), Dan Dorran (Chairman Umatilla County Fair Board), Beth (Rivers MS Society Oregon Chapter Representative),  Spike Piersol (Umatilla County Fair Board Vice Chairman),  Bryan Brock (Columbia River Bank Hermiston Branch Manager), and Bryan Brock's Son. Check provided by Columbia River Bank.

Umatilla County Fair Board donated $2,200 to our local chapter of the National MS Society in honor of Clay Walker. The $2,200 came from the reserve seating ticket sales for the Clay Walker that were not refunded.

Clay Walker had to cancel at the last minute do to the birth of his child. Tickets were refunded in cash with the help of Columbia River Bank, during the fair to those requesting a refund.

We would like to extend a big Thank you to all the people who did not request a refund. With out them this donation would never been possible.  We would like to also thank Columbia River Bank for all they did in making this possible.

Again a big Thank you to all you Clay Walker fans for helping our local Multiple Sclerosis Society.
