**The EVAC LEVEL descriptions listed below ONLY show the recently changed/ elevated EVAC LEVELS.

A Joint Emergency Operation Center including Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, Umatilla County Emergency Management, Union County Sheriff’s Office, Union County Emergency Management and Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) remain actively engaged with the Incident Management Team for Hagen Fire. 

Evacuation Levels are increased on the HAGEN FIRE as the Incident Management Team has reported the fire has crossed over and established north of the North Fork of the Umatilla. 

Effectively immediately evacuation levels have been elevated in these areas of Umatilla County:

NEW INCREASE:  LEVEL 3 – GO NOW includes the areas north and south of Highway 204 between Bob White Lane and Lincton Mountain Road. Including:

  • The North Fork of the Umatilla
  • Cold Springs Loop
  • Bear Creek
  • Lick Creek
  • Grouse Mountain

Residents in LEVEL 3 areas should leave immediately. Imminent danger in the area. Leave without delay. It is unsafe to stay.

NEW INCREASE: LEVEL 2 (BE READY) includes the areas north and south of Highway 204 between milepost 9.5 and Bob White Lane. Including:

  • Lower Basket Mountain Road / Basket Mountain Road
  • Giger Lane
  • Lupine Lane
  • Meadowood Lane and Pine Creek Road
  • Abel Lane
  • Narkus Lane
  • Bob White Lane

All other previously issued levels in Umatilla County remain the same.

Fire conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Do not wait for an official evacuation order if you feel unsafe or see immediate danger. Leave without delay.

Effectively immediately evacuation levels have been elevated in Umatilla County related to the PARADISE FIRE in the Mill Creek Watershed:

Area includes all residences EAST of Tiger Canyon Road on the north and south side of Mill Creek Road.
