What is Administrative Services
The Department of Administrative Services provides internal support for other county offices as well as public service. The Records and Elections divisions include all functions of the traditional county clerkâs office; marriage licenses are issued, passports processed and land transactions recorded. Umatilla County has approximately 47,081 registered voters. The department also oversees administration of IT Services, Mail Services, the Law Library, Facilities Maintenance, and Tele-Communications. This department is a valuable resource for other county offices in reaching their goals. The Administrative Services Department is located at the Umatilla County Courthouse.
